My habit self-reflection

Let's talk about "habits". What small habit change will you make to move toward your goal?


This week I have been recording sessions on building leadership capability, and my own session on habits, "Self Leadership", really convicted me. So full disclosure: "Women of a certain age", like me, need to exercise

every day. Yes, ladies, every day. I don't. I'm still stuck at 3 days a week. It was hard to record a session on habits, when I'm not crushing this very basic one.


So here's my small change to get to my goal of exercising every day. For each day, I'm not doing a full work out, I'll do 50 somethings - 50 squats, or 25 squats and 25 pushups, or walk for 50 minutes. Fifty SOMETHINGS that involve muscles and movement.
